Enjoy this oceanfront paradise from the 11th floor of this condo with absolutely incredible ocean views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Walking into this condo feels like your are sitting on top of the ocean. This is a true one bedroom unit with private bedroom and balcony off of the living area and bedroom. This Condo was just recently remodeled with fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator.  The living also has a pull out sofa bed.  The living room and bedroom both have flat screen TVs and there is a DVD player in the unit.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks.

This is a pet friendly building.   We allow up to two pets per night.  There are weight and breed restrictions so please contact the owner for specifics.   The pet rate is $25 per night per pet.  Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.  There is also a one time cleaning fee charged for this unit that covers the cost of cleaning the unit prior to your arrival and then after your departure. This cleaning covers all the fresh linens and bath towels that are provided for your stay.

You may also pay for your rental using VENMO.  All you need is the email address for Rufia with is rufia@rufias.com.


Patricia Grand is Located right in the heart of the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach near the sky wheel, boardwalk, piers, golf, restaurants, shopping, dining and more. This would be a perfect choice for a great vacation.  It is a pet friendly condo and the onsite amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers.  There is also a restaurant and bar on site as well as a small coffee shop.
